That’s why we offer pregnant women & new mums an holisitc approach to rebuilding their strength, pelvic floor & wellbeing in a way that encompasses body, mind & emotions.
Classes are led by compassionate & qualified pre & post natal trainers who understand the highs & lows of becoming a mum.

More than just a fitness class where you can bring your baby, we’re mums too! And we get how exhausting, frustrating and isolating being a new mum can feel.
We know how social connection, movement & being outdoors can help you feel better physically, mentally & emotionally.
As qualified pre & post natal fitness specialists, we have a deep understanding of the bodys’ needs during pregnancy & the post partum period.
We offer a non-judgemental environment where you can feel like yourself again for one hour a week, while still having baby cuddles!
